Had a great stay at this hotel. Stayed in a suite which was very clean and spacious with a walk in wardrobe, lounge area, super king bed in the bedroom large bathroom. The hotel is separated into blocks and is very quiet they also have apartments which are great for longer stays. The hotel is very close to the metro into the centre and 15 minutes away from Linate airport. Staff and food were both fantastic and I loved the free snacks by the bar and reception. Cannot think of anything negative to say. Very good stay.

You will not have a good night sleep or clean air

If you value CLEAN air and rest, don’t stay at this hotel. I mean it. The hotel allows guests to “smoke on the balcony” well guess what, I am NOT a smoker, I haven’t opened the balcony at all, yet my room and bathroom is FULL with smell from smoke as if I had smoked INSIDE THE ROOM!!!! every time someone (i believe the guy in the next room is smoking inside the room or perhaps just smoking in the balcony and leaving the balcony door open… IT DOESN’T MATTER, the air quality in my room is as if I am the one smoking. This is Unacceptable! I have called the reception twice and they say they allow people to smoke in the balcony (so they don’t even apologize for my room getting filled with smoke) and say they will speak to their manager and MAYBE change me to another room… On another topic, you hear EVERYTHING in the next rooms, every words they say, every step they take, lucky for me, I had electronic earplugs with white noise, so that didn’t bother me but my colleagues who had normal earplugs couldn’t sleep because of the noise. My problem is the smoke coming through the ventilation system and filling the air I breathe with secondary smoke. I brought a group of 12 people to this hotel because of business reasons and I totally regret this. If you are the hotel manager and read this: CHANGE YOUR POLICY!! All other hotels have done it, if your ventilation systems are old, then you must change the policy to fully non smoking anywhere. You are poisoning your guests air when they sleep!!!! It is a pity because the hotel rooms are nice, but the smoke from people smoking is travelling through the ventilation systems, entering the room next to them (if not all other rooms on this floor).

An excellent base for an extended city break

A very comfortable clean hotel with good sized comfortable rooms at a sensible price. The decor could perhaps be described as dated but this did not detract from our stay. All the staff we encountered seemed to know their jobs and carry them out well. For example the buffet breakfast options were constantly monitored and there never seemed to be a shortage which has been the case in many hotels I have stayed in over the years. Although not in the centre of the city it is only a brisk 5 minute walk to the Metro and a 15 minute ride to the Cathedral Square .

We booked the hotel online . The neighborhood is good and calm. But the problem is that the service that they given to us was really poor. The bed in our room was broken from the top. The safe box was not working properly . We asked for pair of slippers but they say it’s not included in the room!! Even we couldn’t buy it from them!! And even reusable slippers also wasn’t available . Also Water Bottle not available. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Fabulous last minute break

Booked a last minute family break here via easy jet. Staff were very helpful via FB Messenger beforehand with our queries and throughout our stay (spoke good English for us that speak no Italian). Happened to mention it was our anniversary the week we were staying and on arrival had been upgraded to an executive room which was a lovely surprise. Our room was in Block C, 7th floor overlooking the pool. Lovely view with the city in the distance. Clean spacious room with additional bed for our teen son. Robes, slippers, mini bar fridge that we used to keep our water and milk cold, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, air con, iron on request, free safe and pool towels. We wanted for nothing. To top it off we had been given a gorgeous chocolate cake and small bottle of bubbly for our anniversary. The room was exceptionally quiet leading to a great nights sleep and the cleaners came in every day to tidy the room. The only things that could be improved were the lack of outdoor furniture on the large balcony so we were unable to sit on it and the position of the shower over the bath was in an awkward place but these were minor issues in the grand scheme of things. The pool area was lovely to cool off in at the end of a sightseeing day. We always personally managed to get loungers but I do think there could be a few more as there aren't really that many. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice available. Some items including waffles, pancakes , omelettes and fried eggs were an additional cost which I've never seen in a hotel before but there was plenty to eat without having to order from the separate menu. Staff were efficient cleaning tables and replenishing items. Didn't use the outdoor bar or restaurant for an evening meal, we chose to eat out (Gemellis near the tube station for one which I can highly recommend). At the far end of the hotel there's a table football and table tennis table, we didn't find them until the middle of the holiday as they're tucked away but they're good for kids to make use of (and adults!). The tube was a straightforward 8 minutes walk away. A few shops, bars, takeaways, ice cream shop and restaurant around there. Felt safe walking in this area. Hotel also felt very safe, anyone entering the hotel grounds would have to walk through reception. Free car park at the hotel was very useful for us as we had a hire car, we always found a space. Across the road from the hotel is also a Penny Market supermarket if you need to stock up on any essentials. On our last day our flight wasn't until late evening but we were kindly allowed free check out until 12 noon, keep the car in the car park all day and also use the pool and public toilets/showers to freshen up before the drive back to the airport. In summary, really recommend this hotel. We had the best of both worlds, we were able to use our car for sightseeing trips outside Milan and use the tube to get into Milan, plus the addition of a lovely pool to relax by at the end of the day. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
